for sale on behalf of the owner, who has throughtly enjoyed every moment with him during her ownership .. taking her to places that she only dreamed of riding – London International, Bramham Horse Trials and riding in the main arena at the Great Yorkshire Show (not putting a hoof wrong.)
Murphy is a true Irish Draught. This season they have qualified for both the New British Horse Feeds Irish Draught Class and the Heavy Weight Hunter at the Royal International and the Irish Draught £2000 Challenge at the Draught Breed Championship Show (also qualified in 2023 but they had a class clash).
He won at the Irish Draught Breed show as a 2 and 3 year old.
On top of showing, Murphy can produce a pleasing dressage test – were they qualified for the Novice level MyQuest semi finals at the end of September.
Murphy loves to hack alone or in company and will go out exploring for hours. he has been to many clinics and camps and stay away shows. He also loves to jump too and has hunted with me and the previous owner.
Murphy is a total gent when it comes to clipping, bathing and for the dentist or physio.
He loads easily in a lorry or trailer. He comes to the gate to be caught when called.
